Finding peace in the present moment, is necessary. It's necessary to make good, clear, calm decisions in our daily life. It's necessary to live a fulfilled life, one that serves you. Peace is a word that impacts so many differently; but the most common definition is: "To be calm." My goal as your therapist is to help calm your anxiety, relieve stress, work through fears and teach you how to cope when life seems chaotic. I practice what I preach. It's important to take care of ourselves so that in turn, we can take care of others.
