As a licensed MFT my passion is to assist adults and children connect with their deeper selves, explore their innate creativity, and support healthy, thoughtful choices for their lives and relationships. My approach includes depth psychology techniques such as dream work, journaling, art therapy, and sand tray. I employ mindfulness techniques and awareness of the body as I support my clients' psychological growth and healing of emotional wounds. My extensive background in the theater arts provides me with a deep appreciation for the creative process and its value as a therapeutic tool for awareness, healing, and personal growth.
