I work with adults and adolescents in both individual and family counseling. My approach is eclectic and holistic. I believe the most effective change occurs when a person is balanced in the physical, mental, relational, emotional, and spiritual areas of life, therefore I assist clients in evaluating their life to see where there may be imbalance. Therapy and recommendations are focused on areas of imbalance.
