Do you feel overwhelmed by life? Perhaps you feel disconnected from your body and emotions. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down and process in a safe and supportive container. I provide compassionate care to women who have experienced early childhood trauma and relational problems throughout life, leading to attachment wounds, low self-esteem, emotional distress, nervous system dysregulation, and chronic health issues. Many people come to me as they begin experiencing shifts in their roles, identity, goals, and values that no longer fit with who they've been, and are looking to reconnect with themselves. I enjoy working from a depth-oriented, attachment and somatic-based lens to help women understand their core self, get to the root of their concerns, rebuild safety in their bodies, and develop fulfilling relationships with themselves and others. I also implement other intuitive, energetic practices for those wanting more support for their mind-body-spirit.
