Hello, I am Kathryn Brown, a clinical social worker in Michigan who focuses on client centered, solution focused therapy. I offer virtual telehealth services and focus on meeting clients where they are at in their therapeutic journey and taking things at their identified pace. My goal is to help my clients learn to use tools and skills they are comfortable with so that they can grow into their best selves. I am training in and typically use CBT, psychodynamic therapy, interpersonal therapy, behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, and couples therapy.
