I believe that entering therapy is an act of courage and trust, and I take that trust seriously. I strive to provide a safe, compassionate, and respectful therapeutic experience. I also believe that therapy works best when it is collaborative. Together, we’ll work to identify your specific treatment goals, and the best way to move towards them. We’ll build on your strengths and resilience as we work to develop new ways of coping and increased self-understanding.
