I work with adult clients who are looking to create internal stability, clarity about themselves, & confidence in their decisions. Through insight-oriented conversations, developing concrete skills, and gaining an understanding of how our nervous systems adapt to help us survive, it is my hope clients feel an improved ability to move through the world with intentionality. I take an active role during sessions and work with clients to create actionable, realistic steps that foster choice and self-empowerment. My style of counseling is direct, collaborative & transparent, and I value incorporating humor and creativity. I utilize evidence-based and attachment-informed modalities, including Finding Solid Ground and DBT. I am happy to answer questions about my clinical approach throughout the counseling process, while adjusting to works best for you.
