I am licensed in Florida, Utah, & South Carolina and also a telehealth provider in Vermont. I am deeply passionate about helping people confront and heal from both past traumas and current life struggles. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, grounded in empathy, & centered on your individual needs and goals. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) & Brainspotting both highly effective modalities that help clients process trauma, anxiety, and other emotional distress at a deeper neurological level.
