I am a Psychotherapist and Licensed creative arts therapist (LCAT) with a decade of experience providing mental health services to teens, young adults, and adults. I am currently taking new clients virtually. I specialize in art therapy practices and modalities and have significant experience in both art and typical “talk therapy”. I provide therapy to youth and adults experiencing symptoms related to depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, stress management, gender identity issues, and those looking to develop insight and grow into the best version of themselves. My approach is creative, holistic, and anti-racist.
