Hello! My name is Katie Douglas. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and have worked in mental health since 2004 with a large variety of populations. I commonly work with individuals with depression and anxiety, as well as addressing communication issues and self-esteem. I also have extensive experience working with neurodiverse individuals. I utilize a lot of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and am also trained and certified in Applied Behavior Analysis.
