My clients are most often from the LGBTQ+ community. They are navigating creating families and at times parenthood in non-traditional ways. They are navigating life transitions, aging, and fertility challenges. My clients are quieting their inner critics and claiming more agency in their lives. They are healing from intrusive and restrictive inner voices and claiming their freedom to make more authentic choices in their relationships to themselves and to others. My clients practice bravery, vulnerability and self-compassion. I cherish the opportunity to support clients to have a more easeful relationship with themselves.
