I attained my master’s degree in counseling psychology in 2014 with Bowie State University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado, as well as licensure in South Carolina and Wyoming. I offer a humanistic, client-centered, emotion-focused approach to identify and alleviate painful emotions. I am also trained in CBT interventions to support healing through collaboratively identifying and implementing coping strategies that are as unique as you are.
