Welcome! I am a trauma informed therapist who strives to create a nonjudgmental, safe and empowering relationship with my clients. I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, substance use concerns, life transitions and adjustments. I help clients find re-connection to self and build self confidence. I have a range of experience working in hospital settings, supporting patients and families with new diagnoses, chronic illness, mental health crises, trauma and end of life. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to make the changes that mean the most to you.
