I feel your pain and I can help. Life can throw incredibly tough curve balls that freeze us in our tracks and take the joy right out of living. My primary focus is women’s issues, although I work with adults of all ages who are experiencing stress, relationship/ family issues, grief, loss, trauma and PTSD. My second speciality is helping those with chronic illnesses, such as cancer. I will integrate care with their physicians upon request. You are not alone.
