I am an integrative psychotherapist who utilizes mindfulness and compassion based approaches woven together with Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing and EMDR. I offer an attachment based approach and work collaboratively with you to help you gain awareness of patterns from your past and present that are impacting your life, and to experience insights that can foster change and promote an increase in self-regulation and well being. Strengths and resources can be accessed and the negative experiences from the past that continue to affect the present can be processed and resolved.
