I am a licensed clinical psychologist. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. We all experience stressful or challenging moments in life or face obstacles which may seem insurmountable. During these times, we can benefit from professional support to make important changes in our behaviors and thoughts to help tackle these obstacles. I collaborate well with my clients to provide the skills they need to make their own lives better. By practicing using newly learned skills, clients are empowered and continue to be successful regardless of the new challenges they may face later.
