Counseling can be an unsettling idea, but what it should be is a collaborative process in which client and therapist set goals and make plans to achieve those goals. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor working with adolescents and adults to achieve a myriad of goals and resolve personal or interpersonal issues. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques so that whatever we are doing fits the needs of the client and helps them along their path to wholeness and mental health.
