In my work with clients, I strive to foster a therapeutic relationship where clients feel understood, supported, and safe to unravel the complicated web of emotions that often accompany anxiety, stress, conflict, trauma, and depression. Whether in playing through big emotions with a child, or untangling life’s knots with teens and adults, I take time to know my clients’ stories and in doing so work alongside them to improve self-compassion and decrease anxiety, process trauma to break free from their past, and experience the type of change that is noticeable everyday. For adults and teens, I specialize in anxiety and trauma - but especially attachment, religious, sexual, and reproductive trauma. I have an in-depth knowledge and experience with C-PTSD (Complex PTSD).
