Welcome. I work primarily with women of all ages, throughout the lifespan, helping them to be their best selves, finding strengths and answers to create the life they desire. My style is interactive and eclectic, meaning my tool box is deep to allow various approaches to meet you where you are. The client sets the pace and timeframe. Sometimes we work together a short time, other times for longer periods. I have many clients who return for short "tune ups" as life challenges arise.
