I specialize in helping clients reclaim their power after narcissistic abuse, break free from self-doubt, support addiction recovery (both process and chemical) and create lasting change through hypnosis. Many clients come to me struggling with anxiety, addiction, people pleasing, or emotional exhaustion. Often rooted in untrue thoughts or feelings about themselves.
