Hi, I’m Kathryn, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Work. Are you having a hard time with some element of life? Feeling stuck or bogged down? I utilize a person-centered and strengths-based approach with clients across all of life’s struggles and joys. There is a philosophy known as “companioning,” often used in grief counseling. Dr. Alan Wolfelt describes companioning as “walking alongside” someone during difficult times. My goal is to create a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences with curiosity and compassion. Together we will discover your strengths and challenges, uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and learn strategies to not only cope with life, but to live into it fully and authentically.
