I have experience working in many different settings including city social services, in education, an outpatient clinic and within a shelter for unhoused individuals. I am trained to work with children, adolescents, parents, individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in the trauma therapy (EMDR and EFT), working with individuals on the Autism spectrum, mindfulness and relaxation methods, and cognitive behavioral therapy. My counseling style is centered around helping you complete the goals you set for yourself in a supportive and warm environment, free of judgment.
