Helping you focus on what you want changed and steps to create the positive you wish to experience. Many insurances accepted. With Individuals, Couples and Families, I utilize grief-loss counseling, DBT, CBT, Seeking Safety, Mindfulness, and trauma informed therapy with a heart centered compassionate focus.
