I'm looking for motivated clients who may be experiencing the effects of anxiety, depression, and/or current or past traumas. Especially in the arenas of self-esteem and self-compassion, I help clients to see themselves from different perspectives in order to move into healthier emotional spaces and be able to manage their place in the world in a more proactive way. I see adults, teens, and children over the age of 5.
