I bring a holistic approach to my work, which means I look at the big picture of your background and your current daily experiences to help determine what's supporting you, and how to effect change with what's not. As I learn more about you my intent is to increase your knowledge base and skill level at managing the areas of focus you come in with. It has been said by multiple experts in that it's a small percentage of the population that choose to do this work. It requires insight, motivation, effort, time and money, to name a few. For those who choose, this process can be relieving and empowering. You may be one of them. If you know what you want to work on that's always helpful. Many people who are looking for direction and growth aren't quite sure where to start. Our world is changing rapidly, and we all need to work on balance, as well as eliminating what holds us back and enhancing what moves us forward. My job is to help you get there. It's teamwork.
