You want to improve who you are and feel that you are moving in a direction that you get to choose. You want to feel in control of life again and that you are no longer living in the past. You want to feel more freedom. Looking for help is a wonderful starting point on your journey. There is no “one size fits all” for therapy. I work with you to discuss your goals and potential ways to get there. I utilize CBT skills to notice patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I am also EMDR trained for those seeking to process past traumas. Each client is seek as an individual and no two sessions will be treated the same.
