Working with families and couples is a passion of mine. I have 11+ years of experience working in the mental health field as a Therapist and Supervisor. I work with various age groups from adolescents to later adulthood. I specialize in adults and couples who are struggling to navigate depression, anxiety, grief, parenting, co-parenting, divorce, those struggling with life transitions, and families navigating teens that are exhibiting anti-social and delinquent behaviors. My goal is to provide each person with tools and guidance for healthier and more fulfilling relationships.
