The decision to engage in psychotherapy is often not an easy one. In my work with teenagers and adults, I attempt to make the process as comfortable as possible so that my patients can feel at ease discussing their problems. I am an advocate of my patients' well-being and as a team we work together in exploring and discovering ways to optimize happiness and success in their life.
