As we all can relate, sometimes the most difficult part of change is the START! My name is Katy, and I am an LGBTQAI+ affirming counselor who enjoys mixing music therapy with evidence-based therapeutic approaches to create a non-judgmental safe space to support you in reaching your goals. I specialize in working with pre-teens/teens (age 12-18), adults, families, and relationships (All relationship styles are safe and welcome! Traditional monogamy, Ethical Non-Monogamy, Polyamory, LGBTQAI+, etc.) I have experience in working with those battling substance use disorders/relapse prevention, teens/adults/families who have had interactions with the legal system or “at risk”, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Life Transitions, Self-Concept, etc. I graduated with my Master’s Degree in Counseling/Psychology from Troy University (Florida Panhandle Campuses).
