I recognize that our mental health is complex and is impacted by all systems in which we live and operate. I therefore work hard to take a holistic approach to care and treatment. I pride myself in my ability to organically gain rapport with my clients and to show up genuinely. Much of my work has been helping clients through life transitions and exploring healthy boundaries. It is my aim to provide a safe, empowering, and supportive environment that fosters your journey to a healthy head and heart. To achieve this, I use a variety of modalities and techniques including (but not limited to) CBT, mindfulness, art, and journaling.
