By taking the time to really understand my clients from a heart-centered intuitive approach, I am able to customize strategies that best enable you to reach your goals. Helping you become your authentic self is my priority. I have over 30 years experience to provide the best care possible for my clients. I offer video for residents of Vermont. I work with adults and adolescents ages 15 and up. Working with Highly Sensitive People (HSP) is one of my passions. Life transitions and coping with change are specialties of mine. Grief counseling and adjusting to divorce are areas in which I have had much experience. Other areas of specialty include treating depression, anxiety, and narcissistic abuse.
