I believe individuals enter therapy for a variety of reasons. Some are looking for relief from symptoms that interfere with their lives. Others are seeking to understand themselves on a deeper level, questioning why they continue to engage in self destructive behaviors. Some are seeking out and questioning what is the purpose of their life and struggle to identify what is important. My focus is to create an environment to openly explore life experiences, illuminate strengths and abilities, and promote growth and change.
