About

I offer a private and comfortable setting in my private practice for individuals, couples, or families who desire to find where in their lives they feel "stuck" and who want some help in moving forward as they try to create more meaningful lives. Over the past 20 years, I have had considerable experience working with relationship issues, grief issues, mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression, and adjustment issues. I also obtained considerable group work experience through facilitation of a parenting group for 14 years. Group work continues to be a strong interest of mine.
