Psychotherapy is a safe and supportive space to explore your inner world, heal old wounds, and discover new possibilities. It provides a healing place where you can share openly without judgement; a mirror that reflects your strengths; and a bridge from old patterns toward healthier, freer ways of living. I use a variety of different techniques while tailoring interventions to each clients unique needs. My goal is to help clients build resilience, reduce distress, and reconnect with their strengths so they can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
