In my work, I have found we all have a basic capacity for change and transformation, and that we are all "wired" for growth and healing. Psychotherapy offers a unique opportunity to tap into our own innate and deep desire to be known, seen, and recognized as we strive to come into contact with parts of ourselves that may seem frozen, stuck, or unavailable.
