I have over 25 years of experience and expertise working with anxiety, depression, codependency, relationship issues, grief, substance use disorders and family of origin issues. I use a relational approach that focuses on cognitive, emotional and behavioral change. I believe engaging in a therapeutic relationship is a profound way to heal and eventually make the choices to a healthier more peaceful life.
