We are a team, and my work is to find the strategies that will work for you or your child to improve how you feel emotionally and to teach skills to use on a daily basis. My goal is to provide honest, accurate and caring therapy using scientifically validated treatments. I have extensive experience helping people who struggle with anxiety and/or depression. I also focus on parenting, bereavement and caregiver stress. My expertise has been recognized by the prestigious Fulbright Specialist program and with my elected Fellow status with the American Psychological Association. We can meet in person or via Telehealth. Seeking help requires trust and courage. My publications and recognitions within the field reflect my expertise. I am a trained Dialectical Behavior therapist and also a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy provider. Other certifications/specializations include Autism Spectrum Disorder evaluations and diagnosis.
