I believe that healing begins with a genuine connection. As a therapist, I’m committed to creating a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. My approach is authentic and empathetic, and I work collaboratively with clients to help them navigate life’s challenges—whether that’s anxiety, major life transitions, relationship issues, or cancer. I draw from several therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and have experience in mental health settings, academia, faith-based ministries, nonprofits, along with a season of full time parenting.
