My case load is kept small in order to provide a very personalized therapy experience honoring each individual's journey without judgement in a safe and confidential setting. I assist clients to build a practice of self-care and self-worth utilizing a variety of techniques and modalities to facilitate healing and empower you to live your authentic full life.
