I'm currently accepting new members for my Girls with Grace and Grit Group (High School age) and my Raising Girls with Grace and Grit group (moms of teenage daughters)! Register today! I am passionate about working with children and teens and helping them become successful, happy, young people! As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor as well as Certified School Guidance and Adjustment Counselor, I have over 34 years experience working with young adults and their families. For the past 29 years I have worked as a middle school counselor supporting students individually and in group settings navigate their way though adolescence. I have a positive energy, great passion and get excited about working with teens in group settings. The group process can be a powerful agent of change and as beneficial or more than individual therapy. Workshops offer a space to practice skills, relate to others and teach others in a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment.
