Relationships are the bedrock of our existence. I believe they are the reason we get up in the morning. I work with individuals, couples, and families to restore and transform their relationships with themselves and with one another. When we struggle with feelings of inadequacy, anxiety, or sadness, our relationships with ourselves and others can suffer. Together, we aim to create meaning and understanding around these feelings, and we will explore ways within our therapeutic relationship to help you be your true self—whether as an individual, a couple, or a family—while fostering greater intimacy.
