You may be hoping to find ways to deal more effectively with painful or self-destructive thoughts, behaviors, interactions, and emotions, and develop and better achieve goals that now seem unreachable. i can help you do these things in a safe, relaxed space, working together toward enhanced coping, confidence, fulfilling relationships, and peacefulness. My focuses are relationships of all kinds: couples work-- marriage, pre-marriage, divorce, infidelity-- and anxiety, depression, and trauma.
