I provide psychotherapy services for individuals, couples, and families to address issues related to marriage, relationships with others, parenting, depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief/loss, isolation, stress, and personal/spiritual growth. Taking a collaborative goal oriented approach, I walk alongside each individual, couple and family in the process of finding healing from the past, peace in the present, and hope for the future. I am also trained in the trauma therapy technique EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
