It’s been my privilege to help people work thru some of the most difficult times of their lives, times of heartache, inconsolable grief, being overwhelmed, or reeling from a tragedy and don’t know where to turn. My clients are from every walk of life whose lives have been turned upside down - maybe from the loss of a loved one, a tragedy, or an unexpected ending. I served as Executive Director of Grief Recovery Center for years working with clients living their worst nightmare. This work helped me understand how to help others move past grief, loss, traumatic events, a suicide, life transitions, relationship challenges, PTSD, anxiety and depression.
