My clients often share that they feel heard, seen, and celebrated as individuals throughout therapy. I apply research-backed, trauma-informed, multi-culturally competent individual therapy to instill hope, self-compassion, and empowerment in young people. Through gentle guidance, developmentally appropriate psychoeducation, and empathic listening, my clients are able to tap into their inner strengths and vulnerabilities, and learn to tolerate discomforts and-- once and for all-- conquer their fears and insecurities.
