I treat trauma, grief & loss, anxiety & depression, co-dependency, & Adult Children of Alcoholics using conventional talk therapy to EMDR. We'll work as a team to accomplish your goals. Throughout our time together, we'll establish a strong, supportive, and trustworthy relationship that will give you the courage to make the desired changes. I am a Christian counselor when called upon. I am currently treating adults individually in virtual sessions, and yes, it is just as effective.
