What a greater reward than to see yourself grow and flourish as you overcome stumbling blocks in your life. Over the past 25 years I have empowered adults, children, and adolescents along with their families to develop coping skills, increase productive and positive thinking, improve relationships, and overcome traumatic issues in a safe, nurturing environment. I also have a great interest and extensive training in helping children and adults with Autism and Aspergers to improve their emotional, social, and behavioral functioning. I am a Certified Autism Specialist and a Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist.
