Hi, I'm Kathy Sanguinetti and I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist in California. I am a humanistic therapist who helps people become more connected to their true selves. In therapy, I work with people to explore, make sense of, and identify how their upbringing may be contributing to their symptoms of depression and anxiety. This awareness helps people understand their patterns and motivates them to work on making changes. I also use mindfulness-based CBT to help people become aware of and challenge thoughts/beliefs that aren’t true and are contributing to their suffering.
