Welcome! My passion is working with those who want to grow and heal no matter the problem. The truth is we all want the same thing - to feel good about ourselves, be loved and experience joy and happiness. If client's are willing to go into the areas they have avoided and allow healing, both dignity and peace of mind will increase. During therapy, clients will uncover their own inner wisdom and learn therapeutic tools. At end of therapy, clients will feel a deeper respect for themselves and understand what has gotten in the way of their happiness after months or years. Life will have more meaning and make more sense. My experience is with trauma, grief/loss, low self-esteem/self-worth, life transitions and mood/anxiety disorders. In addition, I do couples counseling and help people suffering with addiction. I use different therapies with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy being the primary. Your treatment will be designed to meet your specific needs.
