As a counselor, I believe that each individual is unique, and my approach to therapy is rooted in understanding the whole person—their experiences, values, and the specific challenges they face. My work is guided by the belief that therapy should be a collaborative process, where the therapeutic relationship is built on trust, respect, and mutual understanding. I consider myself a generalist, ready to help you with any concerns you may be having, and I currently work with clients ages 12 and up. I utilize an integrative approach, blending evidence-based practices with a deep commitment to empathy and active listening. Whether working within cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, or psychodynamic principles, I adapt my techniques to fit the context of each person’s life and their pace of progress.
